+ -1 moreExcellent. From telephone conversations to actual inspection of my apartment which was very thorough. He arrived on time, very professional and trust worthy. Did not find bugs, but gave suggestions in how to proceed should it happen and not to do "over kill" for something that was not there. He also did not push to spray chemicals when not needed. It was worth every penny and I would use and recommend this father and son team if I need them in the future.

+ -1 moreI used them and they were fine. They came out, they did everything, they looked all to do, they followed up and no problem. I used them about 1 year sometime actually. They charged me about $750. They were good, their follow up was excellent, and I had no complaint. I will definitely recommend it, and use them again if necessary. As far as long I check them as the vitals you want me to give you, I cannot, simply because of the tenant, so, I was not there.

+ -1 moreTHEY COME ONCE A MONTH TO TREAT FOR THE TERMITES. I DON'T HAVE ANY REAL COMPLAINTS ABOUT THEM, BUT WE ARE SUPPOSED TO, ON A REGULAR SCHEDULE HAVE THEM COME OUT. MOST OF THE TIME WE CAN'T EVEN TELL THEY HAVE BEEN HERE.
