Nexuss Custom Interiors

I got this company through Traemand d, which are Ikea cabinet installers. My kitchen also needed a renovation though, so I needed a general contractor. Jay did show up in time, but that was the only thing that went well. He didn't seem to be very focused or sure why he was here.During the half hour he was in my place, he took a number of phone calls - it was permanent interruption. He didn't seem to know what natural stone looks and feels like - given the difference in weight, how can anyone take it for plastic? He didn't think my kitchen was a big job, he said he'd give me the estimate that evening, and I didn't hear from him again. I contacted Traemand and complained. I got an estimate which was basically a joke and that was clearly extracted under pressure from Traemand. All in all, Jay gave the impression of someone who is unprofessional, looking for big money with little work, and possibly with some personal problems that are affecting his work.
