The work on our studio was just completed last week. Very glad we hired Nexus Construction Group Inc. We had our Studio turned in to a real one bedroom, a breakfast bar built in the kitchen with a passageway cut out in to the living room, in addition, they painted the entire 650 sq.ft. studio. Very pleased. They showed up everyday and cleaned up at night, our studio was left broom clean. Bill and Rana were easy to work with and responsive to calls as well as emails. I would highly recommend them. Excellent customer service and neat, quality work.

You must watch the work and address the mistakes right away.

Received a sidewalk notice of violation from NYC DOT. Nexus was quick to respond, reasonably priced and took care of obtaining the work permit. They replaced the sidewalk, disposed of debris and installed a new sidewalk. The city inspected the sidewalk and dismissed my violation. Based on my experience I would use Nexus Construction again.

Nexus contractor explained how they were going to repair my sidewalk. Took care that it matched with the curbside and repaired the crack in the sidewalk. I was very satisfied and plan to use them in 2020 to check the condition of my roof. Also I liked the fact that my phone calls were answered promptly.

I replaced the concrete porch with tiles, new gutters, pointing, concrete front, waterproofing, and additional issues with my home resolved. Mohammed was professional and courteous, and his employees worked tirelessly. His group is neat and very helpful. Work was never rushed or sloppy. He is the best contractor I have worked with and I have more jobs for him in the coming weeks. He provided a summary of the work provided and reviewed our daily goals for the project. I highly recommend Nexus Construction.

Muhammed and the rest of the Nexus crew put down a very nice sidewalk for our 25 unit apartment building. They came in with a very good bid, so much so that we did not feel right asking for less, which we would have done with the other (significantly higher) bids. The work was good and the guys are also very easy to work with. They listened to our feedback and made sure to correct unavoidable issues in the caulking caused by heavy rains that occured while the sidewalk was curing. They even gave guidance on a personal DIY interior project. I would recommend Nexus in the future for large concrete projects.
