+ -1 morePrompt, efficient, and the finished product looks great. They re-pointed the cinder blocks and matched the stucco pattern of the adjoining wall perfectly. I haven't had a leak problem (or heating problem) since the work was performed.
Description of Work: Water was leaking in through an improperly flashed (water sealed) concrete second floor terrace. The first floor room had water coming down the walls and was impossible to keep warm. The deck wasn't flashed at all and the outside wall wasn't properly sealed. 1)They removed existing temporary cement on an outdoor rear deck and re-flashed. 2) They re-pointed the rear wall to ensure that water does not enter the house.
