Neva Home Cleaning

Very poorly. We purchased their "move in" package to have them clean the house we were moving into before we got there. My wife showed up the morning of the move, and essentially none of the floors, counters, or shelves had been cleaned. My wife had to run out and buy a bunch of cleaning supplies (ours were in the moving truck) and race against the clock to clean the apartment before the movers arrived. When we contacted the owner to express our dissatisfaction and to find out what happened, she immediately deflected responsibility ("why didn't you go look at the space sooner") and essentially accused us of lying about the lack of cleaning that had been done ("I heard a vacuum cleaner running when I was on the phone with one of my workers"), although, after we sent her some pictures (attached), she seemed to walk back her confidence in the team she had sent. When we asked her to send someone right away, she sent someone who showed up without any cleaning supplies. So my wife handed over the supplies she had just bought, and then ran out to buy even more. Unfortunately, the movers showed up and needed to start unloading before the house could be totally cleaned. We asked for a full refund, noting that we had to go out of pocket to buy cleaning supplies to fix their mistake. She refunded us less than half of what we paid.

They are an excellent company. Punctual and responsive and their cleaning staff is the best I've ever had.

Yesterday was my third biweekly appointment with Neva Home Cleaning, and I am so happy with the service I have received so far. Sveta has worked each time, and has been thorough, considerate, careful, conscientious - she has been superb. I am a picky customer, and have several cats, and have been bowled over by how deep Sveta goes - not one smudge or paw print remains by the time she leaves. Making appointments has been very easy on the website. I had questions my first time, and the owner is very responsive and helpful. I have no hesitation recommending Neva Home Cleaning, and look forward to using this service for the long term.

Very good! It was the cleanest the place had ever been. Aruna was thorough and trustworthy. I was running late so I asked her to keep folding and organizing.

IT WENT WELL. I WAS AWAY AND DIDN'T' HAVE THE TIME TO MEET MILA. SHE WAS VERY RESPONSIVE & PROFESSIONAL. I APPRECIATED HER RECOMMENDATIONS ON HOW TO IMPROVE MY CLEANING!
