+ -1 moreUnsatisfactory. I was told that large IKEA pieces could be dis-assembled and re-assembled by estimator only to have the movers refuse until after a large piece got stuck and caused damage to the stairway. This also added 2 hours on to the job. The estimator said that all damages would be repaired, but when we agreed to meet to view the damages immediately after the move, I waited 2.5 hours and he never showed up. A week later, he finally met with us and the landlord to discuss the damages, but wasn't on time that day either. Waiting to hear from landlord as to final outcome though.
Description of Work: Moved from 3rd floor walk-up rental apartment to a 1st floor coop apartment.
