Great, on-time service. Fair price for a job I wanted no part of (removal of screwed-in AC units)!

Moises was exceptional! He was hired to repair my damaged headboard and provided a quote and completion time. He was able to finish the job a whole day early and even assisted me with repairing my dining room chairs free-of-charge. My headboard and bed look the best they have ever looked. They completed the work (plumbing) very quickly and efficiently.

Two men, including the principal, came to do the work on schedule. They were most polite and reasonably neat. Where needed, what they were doing was explained. It did require more than the original estimate of one day to do the work. Since someone was home for the two days, it was not a problem. However, most people are not as flexible. A more precise estimate of how long it would take to do a job is appreciated by the customer. Again, There was ultimately no problem in this regard on this project, but It's probably a good idea to do a somewhat detailed list of what's to be done prior to beginning work. That way the customer is not sure if reminders aren't needed. I was asked to view the work and assure it was to my satisfaction. It was. There was one very minor item which I did not see until the next day, but it's something that I easily can take care of. It was not worth it to have them return, so I did not notify the business about this. I suspect that had I done so, they would have returned. I will/would definitely recommend this business.

He installed PVC back yard fence , caulked the bathrooms, repaired two ceilings , paint all fences and security doors. Moises was always professional and courteous. He always responded to all telephone calls and texts within a few minutes , he took pride of his work and he would ask for feed back as he progressed. They are very professional, they do a very thorough, precise and conscientious work, they clean up after their tasks so your home remains immaculate. I would recommend them for any kind of job.

I hired Moises for a very small job, to remove two window AC units and take them to the basement. He responded within seconds to my request on Home Advisor, and set up an appointment for the next day. He and his men did the job in record time--about 20 minutes--and he made sure to give me all the screws, etc. from the ACs. He even gave me advice for installing the big one next year. I would definitely hire Moises again. Even though this was a very small job, he was very professional and polite. And the price was right, very reasonable.

Moises and his assistant arrived, diagnosed the problem, started work, and when a hidden problem showed itself, let me know what was going on, got permission before doing more work, and then went off to get a new toilet (the other one had internal damage) , offering to call me from the store with pics, so I could choose what I wanted. I was so impressed by that! Anyhow, they returned and finished the job. They also replaced a faulty tub spout and installed a new shower head I had bought. Moises was knowledgeable, friendly, and provided real value. I thoroughly recommend First Strike!
