More Than A Handyman

He called and followed to the point of calming me down. A bit pricey but when you need your sauna/steam shower working, and the vendor says 1 month for repairs, and it's Sunday and they came right over to just to take a look and then ran out to get parts and came back and completed the job!....Heck yeah it's worth it. Thank Moises. You got my steam/sauna shower working!

I do not know how to rate "value for money" because my bill was not cheap. However, as far as I am concerned, I was so satisfied with the work performed by Moises and his crew, particularly following my prior, extremely frustrating experience trying to get these 2 jobs done, that I was more than happy to pay what he asked. The work was done the same day I saw his ad. The first job was repairing the tracking for 6 large drawers in my clothing closet which kept collapsing on top of each other and the second was repairing the tracking of a sliding door opening on to the patio. Both work beautifully now and I feel so much calmer and happier just looking at my drawers and knowing they are not going to fall off the track as soon as I try to open them! Clearly Moises knows his job and has earned his title "More than a Handyman"! I will DEFINITELY hire him again!

Everything went wrong that could go wrong. my project was to install shelves in two closets for holding linens. Moses arrived after 12 pm instead of 10 am. He brought construction plywood that might be suitable for garage shelving, not for a linen closet. It had large knots, was rough and raw. I had requested birch plywood, however Moses said he would seal the wood, and it would be "beautiful." However, the shelving was rough enough to give splinters even after sealing. In addition, the shelves in one closet measured 16 inches instead of 20 inches; he never covered the area to protect the floors; he didn't fill holes, etc. In the end, I was totally dissatisfied with the job. Nothing went well. After re-reading the reviews for More Than A Handyman to understand how I made such a mistake, I realized that Moses and his crew are repairmen or handymen, not carpenters or cabinet makers of quality indoor closets or cabinets with high-end finishers.

Moses made repairs in my dog daycare center on a very tight budget. He explained everything beforehand and the work was performed accordingly and in the time allocated. He and his men were curteous and on time, and they left the place pretty clean! Would absolutely recommend Moses to others :)

Truly great people to work with. Moses immediately contacted me when I needed a plumbing repair. He and his crew came and started working on the problem immediately. I will definitely contact and hire them again if I have any emergency repair situations or need some work done in my home.

Moises and his crew were excellent. They were clean did not leave a mess at all. Moses talked and explained everything to me. He took pictures to show the work he had done. This was an emergency situation, my roof was leaking very badly. Moses & his crew came and inspected what needed to be done, he saw how nervous & upset I was and he assure me not to worry. WELL let me say when the job was completed and it did not take long, my tears of worry & being nervous turned into Tears of relief and joy. There is so much more to say about my wonderful experience with Moses & his crew. Like the fact that he kept in touch with me, because I had to work that day. And they were very kind, polite and professional. ****** I highly recommend Moses & his crew to everyone from the person who knows how to do their own work to the person who knows nothing about fixing anything. Because maybe you can do your own handy work, But ! you just don't have the time: you can Call Moses or maybe you don't know how to repair anything; you can Call Moses or how about being tired of waiting on that friend/relative to fix/repair that whatever it is, Just call Moses, he & his crew will resolve your issues. Needless to say they are now my Go-To for ALL my repairs ,installs and fixings. I'm very satisfied and it feels good to say " I can call my Handyman to repair that"

Incredibly fast response! After not being able to get a plumber to commit to the job for two weeks, these guys came, assessed, picked up the toilet and installed it, along with two shut-off valves in a separate job portion within hours. This was a non-emergency job too. And they were very courteous.

The handymen including Moises came up, gave me an estimate for reinforcing both the Daybed wooden frame and the metal frame where the mattress. They also worked for over two hours, adding additional and stronger metal bars that cross the metal frame making the metal frame stronger than ever before. These professional handymen worked hard to accommodate me and said that they could do the work today! I thought that was great because now I can sleep without fear of falling or the Daybed coming apart as some bolts and screws were missing which they replaced. I feel confident that the service they gave me was A1! and would recommend them to others.

GREAT GUYS, GREAT JOB! The screws of the top hinge of the apartment door had lost their grip on the wood frame. A new piece of wood behind the hinge did the trick with a quick adjustment to the deadbolt lock sealed the deal. Fear not, you could let them loose and they'd have your whole place ship shape.

The gentlemen that came today to repair my recliner where not able to totally fix the problem.There was a temporary repair done and I was advised that it will not last and recommended that I buy a new recliner.I was happy with the work performed and satisfied with there attempt to finish the repair.The recliner is well over 14 years.
