My contractor recommended Mondial for the counter top and tiles for a back-splash. I was provided assistance in making a selection of stone for the counter top, and the color for back-splash tiles. The owner personally oversees the measurements for the counter, and made a great suggestion for the shape of one part of the counter. The workmen who did the install ensured everything fit properly. This was a bit of a challenge, as this older brownstone apartment kitchen was renovated over 30 years ago, and the cabinets were not quite level. But the workers made sure all was level, and it looks beautiful. I would highly recommend Mondial!

Mondial Tiles is truly a family business, not just amongst themselves but also with how they treat their customers. From the beginning, Mondial Tiles has offered the best customer service and most beautiful products. We needed to replace our original Formica countertops and old porcelain sink and the process was absolutely seamless. A lot of time and care was taken to ensure that the quartz countertops and under mount stainless steel sink we were selecting were exactly what we wanted. Daniela explained exactly what needed to be done in terms of preparing the kitchen for the replacement, which took any stress out of the entire process. Alex and his crew came out about a week or so before final installation to take meticulous measurements for the new quartz counters, making sure that any curves or imperfections in the wall were taken into account so that the new counters fit perfectly. When Mondial came back to install the quartz counters, they kept our kitchen and home extremely clean as they worked. They installed the new counters absolutely perfectly without damaging the walls, floors, or cabinets. We are in the process of deciding on a backsplash and floor for our kitchen to update the look and compliment the new counters. We know that we will be given the attention and time that we need in order to make sure we get exactly what we want. Daniela offers amazing and fresh ideas while respecting our likes and dislikes. We have enjoyed working with Mondial thoroughly and look forward to our other house projects. When you visit the showroom, make sure you give yourself plenty of time to look around as the selection is abundant. You should have no reservations about using Mondial for all of your tiling/counter/flooring/bathroom/kitchen needs. Highly recommend.

We absolutely love Mondial Tiles. They are a fabulous company. It's a family business. They're the best people that we've ever dealt with and we've had a lot of work done in our house. We've had an on-going relationship. They just finished some other work for us and it just gets better and better. They're phenomenal. The design was a beautiful design. The craftsmanship was just phenomenal. Alex is who we work with there but we're on board with all of these people. They are all excellent. But, Alex has a special, let me say, bent, in terms of artistic design. I will absolutely use them again.

After storm Sandy, we received a call from Alex to check on how we were and he offered his help if we needed to store the granite countertop while renovations were taking place. Mondial is truly an exceptional company.

We have been to Mondial numerous times looking for tiles for both bathroom and kitchen renovations. They have always been extremely helpful, courteous, and professional in understanding what we wanted and trying to find products that matched.
