Mohammed Kaiser and his team are wonderful. I am extremely picky regarding details and fine craftsmanship and Mohammed's work was absolutely stellar. Mohammed is thorough, reliable, kind, and excellent in terms of quality of work. They provide reasonable prices, as well. Most importantly, they stand by their work and offer the best of results. They are also very experienced in working on landmark/historic buildings and handle the work with real care and knowledge. As a woman, I have had difficulty with contractors in the past who often prove to be intimidating or try to bully. Mohammed is the opposite. He explains the process thoroughly and is always open to address any concerns. It was amazing to work with someone who I can actually TRUST on all levels. I cannot recommend Mohammed and MK Construction highly enough. Hire them! I give them an A+

MK did a really nice job, sanded the damaged areas and re-plastered, painted and waterproofed. It has been 2+ years, the whole wall still looks great, no stains, no damage, like new!

I was very pleased with the service. There were efficient, on schedule and unobtrusive. also competitively priced relative to the other companies I spoke with.

The quote was fairly reasonable. The guy was very polite. He was very adamant about doing the job so I like that. He was very persistent. He continuously called me just to make sure if we were going with him or if we got another company wanting to have an answer which was perfectly fine with me. It was very nice. One thing I do remember is that even with the price, he was very flexible. He was more than willing to work with you with each thing that you wanted to do.

He tiled my full bathroom. He is very fast and got it all done in a day and a half. He was a lot cheaper then other people I got estimates from. He does good deeds and has done a lot of work on our home.

He is very personable and pleasant. They do great work at a reasonable price. He showed up on time and was very thorough. There were things that I want a certain way and he did that. I have recommended him to my brother and others.

These folks are Bangladeshi and the actual workers are middle aged skilled masons. Because of language issues their front man is a younger man who is more fluent in English. He is extremely eager to please and constantly checks in to see if the project is going to your expectations. They handled both projects extremely professionally and I was very pleased with the results.

It went pretty well. They told me everything they were going to use. They even told me how long the project would take. They also warned me how long to wait to put the brown stone cement back on, to allow the regular cement to settle. Once I put the brown stone cement on, they advised me to water it for at least 2 weeks so it would not crack. The water helps harden the cement.
