Ronnie screwed me up. I had leaking oil line from tank to boiler. I called Ron because he replaced this boiler a couple of months before - it was an emergency replacement of leaking boiler and at the end of the job he broke glass water level and he said I have to to call oil company to change it because he had to go. He charged me $800 for an hour of work and put copper oil line over the top, which is illegal and didn't put the "tiger loop" which is required for any line going over the top. When I asked why he doesn't put tiger loop, he said I don't need it. After 2 days oil was stopped going to boiler. I called Ron and he said I need tiger loop and wanted another $500. I told him that I paid for the job and it's not working. He said "go f..k yourself" and hang up. I called oil co and they install tiger loop for $300 and let me know that copper line Ron did is illegal. I'm going to file complaint to a Consumer Affairs.
