+ -1 moreOn Friday morning, my mom had a problem with her fridge. I called Sears. The whole time, they kept trying to sell me extra stuff that I didn’t need. Plus, they would not be available to evaluate the refrigerator until the following week. So, I tried Angi instead. Alex arrived on the same day and diagnosed the problem within seconds. He stopped the horrible grinding noise and ordered a replacement part. The full repair was completed the following Friday (due to my schedule). Alex was courteous, professional, and fast. Most of all, he stopped the noise so that my mom could be at ease in her home. He even wore paper booties over his shoes in order to protect her and her floors. I will definitely use this service again.
