Description of Work: I had called Mikey's to assist me with setting up a wireless router in my small business. I chose Mikey's due to its high ratings. Unfortunately, after speaking to the rep, he advised me that he would have one of his associates call me to arrange a meeting the next day. I was very excited that they can come so quickly, well never received a status or call back, I will not give them another chance.

+ -1 moreWe have truly been impressed with Mikey's. They not only sell computer equipment there, but they are able to very quickly and accurately depict problems within computers. They resolve the problems in a very professional manner. They are great with diagnostic work and the prices are very fair especially considering we are used to paying city prices for everything in this area.
Description of Work: Mikey's Hook UP recently did some repairs on our McIntosh Computers. This new business has been around for about two or three years. We paid somewhere around forty dollars for them to resolve some internal mechanism problems the computer obtained at that time.
