Previous work with them has been excellent. Over the years they have fixed radiator problems (it's a hot water system), diagnosed and repaired boiler pressure and ignition problems, boiler pump problems, including replacing the pump, and installed a new hot water tank. At various times they have also drained the entire house as part of repairs and their work was always done efficiently and with good results.
