Michael Otremba's A/C Services

Description of Work: showed up ok to remove an air handler on a Fujitsu ductless AC unit. Upon returning to re-install he started the job but told us he was leaving town and said his partner would finish the job. His name was Fernando. He came, re-installed unit and said to call in the spring to make sure all was well as it was January and wanted to make sure all was well once warm weather arrived. In May we went to use unit which worked mechanically but did not cool. Called both Michael and Fernando.

Description of Work: A/C unit diagnostic, A/C unit repair. A different A/C company had recently convinced me to upgrade my A/C unit. Unfortunately, they'd installed it incorrectly and it soon developed a leak...which then led to mold in the apartment and necessitated a month's worth of additional repairs. Michael responded immediately (within a half hour) to my phone call, showed up promptly, diagnosed and fixed the unit, and called the next day to see how the unit was performing.
