+ -1 moreThe two guys who came didn't know what they were doing. The heads that were there were brand new, but not the kind we wanted. Since they didn't know how to get the heads off, they used a pipe wrench and scratched the heck out of them. I was hoping to give them to someone to use in their bathroom, but that idea was squelched with one turn. They had no response when I told them to try not to scratch them, they just said they had to. These guys were dumb. When they put the other sprays on, they didn't mount them right, so they moved inside the wall, and water got behind them. It was one of those situations where it was so bad that you didn't want them to come back and fix it. I had to fix the job.
Description of Work: Changing of body spray heads in shower.

+ -1 moreI was pleased that they were able to come to the house the day after I had called them. They figured out the problem quickly and were able to do the repair on the spot. I recommend them. They thought the work would take longer than it actually did and reduced the price because of this.
Description of Work: They replaced a section of the main interior water line at our house.

+ -1 moreI WAS QUITE PLEASED WITH THE WORK FROM MICHAEL DONAHUE, ALTHOUGH THE PRICE THAT HE CHARGED WAS A LITTLE HIGH. HE IS DEFINITELY A GOOD PLUMBER AND HE REALLY KNOWS HIS BUSINESS.
