Vardan and his team were incredibly professional, did beautiful work, and were really patient and kind with me as a homeowner who's never done a renovation before! They were always on time, were responsive to every question or piece of feedback I had, and helped me to manage a lot of complex moving pieces to make everything happen on time. Dima did a total bathroom, kitchen and closet renovation for me, which included removing a major wall. His team also replaced every piece of trim in the apartment, installed crown molding, repaired some serious ceiling damage from flooding, and did a really beautiful plaster and paint job. All of the tile work was impeccable, and Dima was very patient when I also wanted to replace every light switch, doorknob and screw along the way. I spent a long time searching for a contractor that felt right for me. I wanted a lot of control over the materials and ordering, and knew I'd need a contractor who would work with me down to an extreme level of detail. Vardan made all of that happen and more. I can't recommend him highly enough!

Melania logistics is amazing! They lead the process from start to finish and made the renovation of our bath second bath so much easier. Abela was our designer and she understood the issues with our small space and made sure the design delivered all we needed. The installation team was super professional, on time and did a great job making the alterations we needed to fit the vanity into our space. Highly recommend their services!

This project was just completed and they did an impeccable job. It was a complete kitchen redesign with all new counter, cabinets and back splash tiles. It’s gorgeous!
