Mega Construction

The roof repair went smoothly, everything was done on time. Had many issues with leaks for months. I went to Mega Construction and spoke to Nazim, who was very professional and knowledgeable of what had to be done. They completed the project ahead of schedule and within budget, and the results speak for themselves. From start to finish, they were professional, reliable, and communicative. Will be doing business with them again soon.

We recently had some extensive exterior work done with Mega Construction and are happy with the solid results. They stripped paint from and repointed the brick facade of our townhouse, resurfaced the lintels, reset some bluestone in the front and also repainted the railings on the front stairs. They're also going to rebuild a chimney. Nazim, the owner, and his crew are reliable and pleasant; Nazim does a lot of work in the neighborhood so is often on site. They were conscientious about cleaning up each day. Their strong point is masonry. I would work with them again.

Wildlife was getting in my ceiling through our neighbors connected property, so we hired mega construction to open the ceiling, seal the entrance and repair the ceiling. They did all of that in two days, less than a week after we asked them to give a quote. They were very reasonably priced, fast, thorough, and efficient. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend Mega Construction. Nazim and his crew rebuilt  a large brick stoop, scraped and painted a roof cornice, and refinished a large wooden entry door (with lots of carved details). Their attention to detail and cleanliness was exceptional. All work was performed in a timely manner, and his prices are fair and very competitive as well. I would use him again in a heartbeat!

I'd like to recommend Mega Construction after the excellent job they did on the exterior and interior of our small Brownstone co-op. Nazim gave us an excellent price and went above and beyond the scope of the job. His crew was professional, punctual, cleaned up at the end of the day, and worked smart. Nazim was a hands-on manager, showing up every day to ensure his crew was staying on task. Don't be thrown off by Nazim's soft-spoken demeanor--he's a seasoned professional who knows exactly how to get the job done. Most contractors won't give our small co-op the time of day for job bids. Nazim was an excellent fit for the scope of work we required.Work done in our 4-story co-op: Interior hallway painting, re-plastering, installed ceramic tile on ground floor, painted & waterproof back of building, scraped and re-painted fire escape on back of building, fixed crack in apartment wall, re-tiled entryway, restored & painted wood cornice on top of brownstone.

Mega Construction did an Amazing job on the brownstone facade and stoop restoration of my Park Slope condo. Their attention to detail and craftsmanship brought new life to the historic elements of the building and their team was very professional and efficient with their work, which left me amazed by the final results. I would recommend them to anyone that is considering them for a project and will definitely be hiring them for any future projects.

I strongly recommend Mega Construction after the excellent work they did on our Brooklyn brownstone façade this summer. Nazim's price was reasonable and the quality of Mega's work was impeccable. The team showed up punctually every day, worked incredibly hard and never cut corners. The job site was immaculate at the end of each workday, and all round, they were a lovely cheerful crew. Towards the end of the job when we were trying to finish by a certain deadline, the crew began working seven days a week to get the job done. Nazim handled all of the paperwork with NYC Landmarks, showed up daily to make sure the job was on track, and was always responsive on email and text. Highly recommended.

Mega Construction did a huge job on our 4 story Brownstone building. The work involved cleaning and repointing the bricks on the side of the building and redoing the brownstone. Nazim is the owner of the company and he was almost always onsite supervising the work.He installed a bridge as protection for pedestrian traffic while the work was being done and used scaffolding to get to the top floors of the building. His workers were punctual arriving for work and extremely polite when dealing with anyone going in and out of the building. The job was completed in a timely manner and any changes we requested were agreed to. Contractors we have used in the past would take forever to finish the job but that was not the case with Mega Construction- they had people on the job daily and finished ahead of schedule. They did a great job and we will be using them for some more work in the Spring!!
