He is always incredibly responsive...we brought in 4 contractors to get quotes for a gut job for a potential house purchase, and he made himself available at all times, even when they were inconvenient (late at night since my husband works late hours). We truly appreciate his honesty and unbiased insight. He's not at all pushy, and he actually points out flaws to us when he sees them.
