 + -1 moreMcIntosh is by far the most excellent service in terms of diagnosing computer problems or difficulties. They are far superior to Microsoft or any other company with whom I have dealt. They are not begrudging at all. They try to help you quickly and accurately and they are far superior to any other call up center with whom I have had relations. They are good at answering questions and I like the computer tech back-up system.
Description of Work: McIntosh is where I bought my PC. I purchased a warranty that is an extended service program along with this purchase. I can't remember what I paid for my computer but that extended service I purchased is about a hundred dollars a year. I have used their telephone warranty problem for troubleshooting many times to solve minor computer problems if and when they arise.
