+ -1 moreWE DECIDED TO USE MS FLOORING AFTER GETTING QUOTES FROM NO LESS THAN SIX DIFFERENT COMPANIES. THE THING THAT WE LIKED ABOUT MS FLOORING WAS THAT THE OWNER IS NOT ONLY ON THE JOB EVERYDAY, BUT HE IS THE ONE DOING MOST OF THE WORK. MS FLOORING DOES NOT SUB WORK OUT. THE PRICE THEY GAVE US WAS WITHIN THE RANGE OF FOUR OF THE OTHER COMPANIES THAT QUOTED. ONE COMPANY'S QUOTE WAS DOUBLE THAT OF MS FLOORING! MS FLOORING IS ALSO WILLING TO DO SMALLER REPAIR JOBS THAT MANY BIGGER COMPANIES DO NOT WANT TO SPEND THE TIME WITH.
Description of Work: INSTALLED NEW HARDWOOD FLOORING IN LIVING ROOM, DINING ROOM, OFFICE, AND FOYER. SANDED EXISTING HARDWOOD FLOORS ON SECOND FLOOR, STAIRS, AND IN KITCHEN AND FAMILY ROOM. APPLIED STAIN AND THREE COATS OF OIL-BASED POLYURETHANE TO ALL. THIS WAS A FAIRLY BIG JOB ... ABOUT 2600 SQ. FT. OF FLOORING ALL TOGETHER.
