 + -1 moreThere were several delays. The project began in 2005 and has yet to be completed. The roof and skylights are leaking because they put the wrong skylights on the roof. They put flat skylights on a flat roof. The old drain system was removed when it was not necessary, which created excessive water from the original roof to cascade down on the extension, and into the skylights. They should have just added another drain system. This has lead to water coming through the ceiling of the new extension, which is now separating and molding and the entire roof needs to be replaced and have the mold conditions addressed. The ceiling has electrical components which is causing a potential fire hazard.
Description of Work: They built an extension on my home.
