He was ALWAYS late and he tried to charge me for the full day despite this. He forgot things we needed constantly even as I was reminding him which caused delays. He hung a closet hanging rod, I hung clothes on them and both rods ripped out of the wall. I told him this and he said I must have hung too much weight on them. I thought it was because he used only one triangle joint for each 75" rod even after I asked him to hang more. I later realized it's also because he used "light duty" wall anchors for HANGING CLOTHES on a long rod. Everything he did, he was cutting corners. I needed a safe installed and I watched as he skipped half the directions and then he argued with me after I pointed it out, insisting it wasn't necessary. Then he ended up having to go back and do it over because it turned out that he was unable to continue his installation unless he actually DID follow all of the directions. By the time he was ready to install the bathtub door, he decided that it was more difficult than he originally thought so he asked for more money. I asked him to leave early and he demanded I pay him for the full day. What a disaster.
Description of Work: I needed a closet built and a sliding glass door installed on my bathtub
