You get what you pay for, OR NOT! We had a HORRIBLE experience with this company. Once you order on-line, you cannot cancel the order. Once it arrived, it was completely defective and wouldn't hold a charge. Their emails to customer service were repeatedly bounced back as a false email, but is clearly on their website for customer service. When you CALL the customer service line and hit ''return an item,'' it tells you they're too busy to answer and to call back (There's no way to leave a message either)! HOWEVER, if you push (which I finally did, duh) NEW ORDER, they answered on the first ring. To return this defective thing, I have to absorb shipping both ways, too! HORRIBLE! Avoid. Pay a tiny bit more for real service.
