+ -1 moreI appreciate the fact that he didn't waste our time, but it certainly doesn't sound like this company can offer competitive prices.
Description of Work: Called this company for an estimate for fixing a leaking roof for a co-op building. Salesman or owner immediately told me they don't submit estimates for co-ops because they (Leak Master) are expensive and virtually never get the job!
