Ava arrives on time. She asks if I want anything special done. I have three small dogs and Ava is fine with them. She doesn’t have to be supervised every minute; has a routine and her standards for performance are more than agreeable to me. Ava is able to manager her time successfully and gets the job done

My house cleaner is amazing. She cleans the house beautifully and then tells me whatever other project sge is going to take on. She cleaned the windows—outside if the ones that flipped open. My pantry. My fridge. She works so hard. I really appreciate her.

I was looking for someone to do routine cleaning for my kitchen. Boss Nick was very responsive, and got back to me the same day, and walked me through the whole process and the pricing. He was able to send me Martin who did an outstanding job the next day. Martin is just amazing. He cleaned my kitchen thoroughly and simply spotless. I was so impressed. I would highly recommend Martin to anyone who needs housekeeping service, you won’t get disappointed.

I usually do not write reviews unless they are very good. I know it is late I am doing this months later and this happened late last year. But I have to let everyone know. The cleaning woman that came from Krystsl Clear cleaning services was horrible she did a terrible job. Do not use them. The owner when I first called I want to send you his top cleaning person. I'd hate to see his worst. First when she came and changed her clothes to start I told her what to clean. She likes to talk. I am paying by the hour. I left a box of cleaning supplies for her to use. If the company supplies, it is an extra charge. I distinctly told her DO NOT USE BLEACH on my MARBLE floors and COUNTERTOPS which are STONE. My bathroom tiles and wall tiles are ceramic, and it is okay. Before she started inside the bathroom she said she will close the door which I thought was strange. She said because she will be spraying bleach and if I need to use it before she starts. Mind you I was not watching her because I was working. I told her be careful. I did not have stone in the bathroom. But throughout my condo the whole unit has Marble and we all know marble is very expensive. And I kept saying it to her right when she came in. The kitchen floors, countertops, hallways, front entrance and counter tops. After she finished and I paid her she left. I walked around and noticed my bedroom flr, bathroom countertop, kitchen and hallway floors everywhere I had marble was dull no shine whatsoever. Omg, I freaked out. I was so upset. How could this happen. And the bathroom sink countertop which was not marble I noticed there was no shine at all also and that was always so shiny. I was so upset I called Krystal and spoke to the owner and told him his cleaning lady ruined my marble floors throughout my house and my new plank floors I just put in the bedroom. What is wrong with her. He said to take pictures and send it to him to look at. I told him you will not be able to see it in pictures. The right thing to do is come over. He did not . He could not believe it and said he would talk to her when she gets back in. My girlfriend, who comes over often and told her what happened with the cleaning lady. My girlfriend is also a cleaning lady for businesses part time she said she destroyed my floors. My marble floors are 11yrs old but still, tell her company. She put bleach on it ruined them. I will need to get a machine to repair them and bring back the shine. The company did not offer to give me a refund or to come over and pay to repair my floors. P.s. I remember owner saying his best lady was sick. She could not come. Had to reschedule. I will never use them ever again. KRYSTAL CLEAR CLEANING SERVICES!

Looking for a replacement for my housekeeper of several years who unfortunately took ill, I reached out to multiple services. I was dismayed to find a slew of add-ons in addition to a normal hourly or job rate - windows, fridge, inside kitchen cabinets, the list went on. Was not looking for a bargain rate, just a methodology I could relate to. Fortunately I came across Krystal cleaning and spoke with Nick, who instantly got me. Today (just 2 days later) Erika arrived - an experienced professional that cleans to her high European standards, which often exceeded my own. A hardworking, happy person to be around. We are now scheduled for bi-weekly sessions into the future.

Ericka was great. She is professional and takes pride in doing an excellent job. In addition working with management is convenient and professional.

They are very careful with your belongings and they respect your home. Luis and Fabian are really sweet and considerate. They did an amazing job on my kitchen.

It was a wonderful experience dealing with Krystal Clear Cleaning. From start to finish, Nick and his staff were professional, proficient, pleasant, and punctual. Fabian did incredible work on both of my cleaning projects. I very highly recommend them. I wish there were more than five stars available to rate them.
