Owner was friendly. However, we had a rough start on the day of service because Martin was late and didn’t show up with broom/mop/vacuum. However, Martin did a fabulous job and worked diligently to complete job. Very pleased with the results of his work.

I had tenants that recently moved out. I called and spoke to Nick. He was here in two days much to my delight. Kheswa and Martin did an excellent job and were very professional. I will be using them in the future.

Nick is very responsive. And Irene was amazing. My apartment never looked so clean. I had her clean my oven and it looked brand, spanking new. Would highly recommend Krystal Clear!

They came 3 hours late. Lacked cleaner for my particular job---had to finish it myself. charged more than ---I paid for it anyway because of time pressure.

They did exactly what I wanted and did it as good as I would have if I did it myself-Martin is fantastic itâ s - he doesnâ t miss a nook or cranny - he is meticulous -definitely call back for follow up !!!100%

OMG! The apartment GLOWED! The owner, Nick, is a sweetheart! The team was two lovely ladies, Kheswa Kimberly. The results were amazing! Not one inch of the place was left untouched. I would absolutely use them again, and I highly recommend them without hesitation.

Absolutely wonderful. I am very pleased with the level of customer service from Nick and his team. Our 3 bed/2 bath apt. was serviced by Kimberly, who was very attentive to detail and listened to our preferences. Will be looking forward to my cleaning every 4 weeks!

The lady who cleaned did an EXCELLENT job. I have had a cleaner before but this one is much, much better. The lady that arrived was very friendly and treated my family with respect and efficiency. Ask for KHESWA to clean your home. She is a real professional at a very affordable price.

Excellent. Nick and his team came during the unbearable heat wave NYC was experiencing, but started working right away. Nick was professional and courteous. Did a top-notch job in cleaning out two apartments-windows, appliances, walls and floors. A little pricey, but well worth it. I would definitely hire them again.

Irene was fantastic. It was a small job (clean oven and stove and range hood) but she did a great job and left everything, including the splash back mirror sparkling.

Nick was very professional in scheduling the appointment and follow up after Irene left. The price was very reasonable. Irene cleaned my coop for a one time move out service. Everything was absolutely spotless when she was finished. The appliances looked like they were brand new. Irene went above and beyond anything I had expected. I can recommend Krystal Clear Cleaning Service without hesitation.

I hired Krystal Clear to clean out a bedroom that was very cluttered and clean a bathroom. Nick gave a reasonable estimate and he and Irene came and did wonderful work. The bathroom was spotless when finished even reorganizing under the sink cabinet. Nick worked patiently with my husband who can barely tolerate anyone touching his things. I was amazed how well it was handled. The room is now safe and very, very clean. I have hired Kristal Clear to come back weekly to maintain the rooms and work thru the rest of the house. Also, the team is very honest...found almost $10 in change on the bedroom floor and put it on the kitchen table.
