The apartment was slated to be declared a disaster area. Two people came and worked hard for nine hours and transformed it and even unclogged the sink. Amazing job and I will be using them in future.

I recently bought a large old house in Brooklyn that was in dire need of a deep clean before my family moves in. I did some research on various cleaning services, and Krystal Clear Cleaning quickly stood out from the rest. Firstly, they are very responsive in their communications - Nicholas is terrific with coordination. It was very easy to schedule a service, their pricing is very transparent and upfront - no surprises, and I love that. The day before our service, Nicholas sent a reminder to confirm timing of our appointment - a big win. On cleaning day, the team of three arrived on time -- another big win. I received friendly, professional service from the team - I gave them a walkthrough, they went straight to work, and they worked hard! This team is courteous, top-notch, and everything you'd expect in a high-quality, professional cleaning service -- they don't cut corners and they care deeply about the quality of their work. When they wrapped up the job, I was blown away at how clean the house was. Everything - the floors, the windows, the baseboards, etc -- Nicholas and team really sweated the details when cleaning the house. I can eat off the floors if I wanted. I am so excited to move in and settle comfortably into my new home, thanks to Krystal Clear Cleaning. I highly recommend this crew, and look forward to working with them again.

I hired the service for my mother who unfortunately is in a nursing home now for 11 months. For all those months, here home was not in great condition and now she may be coming home. I had to get serious help as she is no able to do anything. Rose and Martin worked extremely hard during some challenging spaces at my mom's house and they did it with care and empathy. I was happy with their work and would consider hiring them again. Thank you so much for taking on such a challenging and arduous task like my elderly mom's apartment.

I had a housemate moving out who left behind a lot of grime, plus I had plenty of grime of my own from not cleaning deep for many years. Rosemary came and worked all day (deep cleaning), for 7 hours instead of the planned six to get the job done. What a difference! All of my dread of "getting around to it" myself is gone. The place looks great and Rose did an excellent job, despite having to travel right after a snowstorm of 12 inches!

They worked tirelessly at my parents home which has been neglected for years. My mother just passed away and we needed help getting the house back in order. An overwhelming task for us. They made this house look better then itâ s ever looked. They scrubbed and cleaned and removed blinds and cleaned them and replaced them I canâ t say enough great things about what they did for us But I can recommend them to you!!

Nick was informed that my husband and I had just recovered from Covid and the apartment needed a thorough sanitizing cleaniing. Martin, the worker,showed up on time and spent the next 5 hours doing a thorough apartment cleaning. I would recommend the service.
