+ -1 moreTHE CARPETS WERE OK WHEN THEY WERE RETURNED. HOWEVER I WAS NOT IMPRESSED WITH THE DELIVERY GUYS. I THOUGHT THEY WERE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DID NOT FEEL COMFORTABLE HAVING THEM IN MY HOME.

+ -1 moreI'VE USED THEM FOR MANY YEARS AND I HAVE TO SAY I'VE BEEN SPOILED. YOU SEE THEY USED TO ROLL THE RUGS FOR ME, SOMETHING I DO MISS, NOW I HAVE TO GET THEM READY MYSELF BUT THE QUALITY HAS NEVER CHANGED AND MY RUGS ALWAYS COME BACK LOOKING LIKE NEW.
Description of Work: THEY COME TO THE HOUSE AND TAKE MY 4 WOOL RUGS TO BE WASHED AND returned THEM.
