They were very good, very professional, prompt, and efficient. They provided very personal customer service as well. They were very understanding and helped reduce the stress of the whole ordeal. The exterminator was very knowledgeable and communicated well on how to help mitigate the problem going forward. I would highly recommend them.

They did treat for bedbugs as well as other things, but the bedbug issue continued and we called someone else out to fix this issue.They came and did what they said they were going to do. They made two treatments. Things went okay with them. We have not had any issues since they treated. They were punctual, and professional.

I complained that there was no solution to my water bug issue that what they were doing would not help any. I could see no results. I have went ahead and canceled my monthly membership with them and I am currently using Angie's List to find another provider to help. None of my neighbors have the same problem, it is only my home in the middle. The issue has gotten worse since the last time they had come to spray. I would say that the chemical compound is the issue with their service. The reason I know its a chemical compoud, I was talking to one of the technicians that came out to do the treatment, and he said "The stuff we used to use was milky and chalky, and people complained that it was leaving stains" so this makes me think that it is a watered down version of that chemical.

They charge me $45 because I've been with them since 2000, but the prices may have went up and I don't know what the actual charge is for new service. One time they were going up and the pastor called them up and they agreed to keep the price at the $45 level. I have no problems with them at all and they've been great. They normally would send me a card in advance letting me know when they are coming. The last time I talked with them I told them that we were going to have a set date for them to come which would be the first Wednesday of each month, so they work with me and they're very prompt. They usually have a window because they have other people besides me, but between 1:30 and 4:00 they are there and I can always count on them showing up. The price is great and they have long time customers that they like to take care of and like to keep.

They are pretty good. Some of the people that come by to spray are going to college and they will tell you all about the bugs. They use chemicals and you can tell them ahead of time if you have children or pets and they will use the appropriate treatment. I think they deal with a lot of large places so I think they are used to charging a lot of money. It's easy to set up appointments, you call them up and tell them who you are and they look you up. If they say they will be here between 9-1 you can call at 9:10 and they might be able to check with the person to see what time they will be making it to you. They are pretty good with that.

They seem to be happy with some so far.

They are excellent. I know from my sister that they do a very good job with mice. They are very pleasant to deal with and come right away. They asked good questions when I first hired them because I have asthma and lots of allergies in our family. They use chemicals that don't make me or anyone else in the family sick. They are very neat with their stuff and very thorough. They come when they say they are going to come. They come if there is any emergency. I had once seen termites swarming and they came right away and told me what they would do for that problem. They then made an appointment to come within the next day or two and the whole job was done for that issue. They send a card in the mail to remind you on when they are coming about two weeks before they come. They tell you that they are coming and ask you to let them know in advance if you are not going to be home at that time. They are very business-like and very thorough. Their quality is excellent and I haven't seen anything crawling on the floor that is not human. I have been very happy with them.

My tenant had found evidence of mice and roaches in the apartment and after some research found KINGSWAY EXTERMINATING CO. The exterminator that came out was very professional and thorough. He not only put poison out for the mice and roaches but also sealed up any possible areas where the infestation could have come from. Almost 4 years later, I don't have a problem with either.

The second person they sent was very knowledgable---(the 1st was good too)--and we asked for him for all remaining treatments---he came. We had to take all clothing out of dressers in the affected room---put all into plastic bags, washed in hot water, put in dryer etc. The "technician" moved furnature, took apart beds---did all heavy lifting. All rooms in our house (8), were treated. He answered all questions and gave advice, ex. "get special coverings for box springs and matresses." "Spray with alcohol." "vaccume,vaccume,vaccume----change the bags." try to get Dyron as the technician

They gave me the best quote and then came back 3 more times (total 4) until the problem was solved. They then gave me a great monthly rate to come back and spray which I still do. They were very patient and sprayed very thoroughly each time. They also gave me a senior discount (10%) They had different people come spray each time, when you find one you like you can request him to come back although I have found most of them to be very anxious to please.

Kingsway did very well and I am pleased. They gave me a package deal for four visits at $350 and this is what I paid them. They were very efficient and very helpful. They definitely took care of the problem to.

Found in the yellow pages. Made appt. for a Sat. from 1-4. Called day of appt., told they had it listed 10-2. Tech showed up at 11, lucky we were home. Tech sprayed apt, tried to ask him questions at the end, but couldn't understand him. Was still wearing his mask and goggles, and wouldn't remove them. Same tech. several weeks later for scheduled follow up, included in original fee. Same problem with the scheduling. He showed up much earlier than scheduled. Never called either time, although we had requested it. Same scenario, sprayed, mumbled through his mask and goggles and left. We had seen numerous bugs in between visits. Called supervisor, Joe, to advise him of scheduling and communication problems. Joe said if we still saw bugs, he would send a "more experienced" man. More bugs, Joe promises to come himself, but sends young man who calls first tech a "clown". Sprays kitchen and bathroom. Not wearing any mask or goggles. We had same service for 20 years prior.

THIS COMPANY ALWAYS COME OUT ON THE SCHEDULED DATE AND TIME THAT WAS PREVIOUSLY ARRANGED. THE WORKERS SPRAY WHERE ANIMALS OR CHILDREN CAN NOT REACH. THEY ALWAYS SEEM TO SOLVE THE INSECT PROBLEMS WHEN I HAVE THEM.

THEY DO A WONDERFUL JOB. THEY HAVE NEVER TRIED TO SELL US ANYTHING WE DID NOT NEED OR WANT. I HAVE ALWAYS FELT AS THOUGH I COULD TRUST THEM TO DO A GREAT JOB, EVEN IF I AM NOT HERE TO WATCH.

THE GUY THAT CAME WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY. HE SHOWED UP IN A TIMELY MANNER AND WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE OF WHAT HE WAS DOING. I HAVE HAD NO FURTHER PROBLEMS AND I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM FOR EXTERMINATING.

THEY WERE ABLE TO IDENTIFY THE INSECTS CAUSING MY PROBLEM AND LOCATED THE SOURCE OF ENTRY INTO MY HOME. AFTER ONE OR TWO TREATMENTS, I DID NOT HAVE ANY FURTHER PROBLEMS.

THEY WERE WONDERFUL, THE INSPECTOR WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND IDENTIFIED THE MOLD RIGHT AWAY. HE EVEN TOLD ME WHAT KIND OF MOLD IT WAS. WHEN I TOLD HIM I DID NOT HAVE THE MONEY TO HAVE THEM TREAT IT, HE TOLD ME HOW TO REMEDY THE PROBLEM MYSELF.

THEY ARE GOOD; THEY COME EVERY YEAR. I CALL THEM WHEN THE WEATHER STARTS TO GET WARM, AND WHEN I CALL THEM THEY COME. THE PRICE IS GOING UP TO ONE HUNDRED SEVENTY DOLLARS, BUT I UNDERSTAND PRICES DO GO UP.

KINGSWAY IS A VERY DIFFICULT COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH. THEY ARE NOT VERY RESPONSIVE AT ALL. THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL AND I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE THAT I RECEIVE FROM THEM.

THIS COMPANY IS EXCELLENT. THEY COME OUT IN THE SUMMER AND SPRAY INSIDE AND OUT FOR ANTS AND SPIDERS. THEY ARE ALWAYS VERY FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL. I ENJOY USING THEIR SERVICES.

THEIR GREAT AND NOW MY HOME IS MICE FREE. IT WAS NOT EXPENSIVE AND WAS GLAD THAT I CALLED THEM. THEY WILL ALSO COME BACK IN SIX MONTHS TO INSPECT THE PROPERTY FOR ANY MORE PROBLEMS.

I HAVE BEEN USING THIS COMPANY FOR TWO YEARS AND THEY ARE GOOD. -ANY QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS I HAVE ARE ANSWERED professionally AND IMMEDIATELY. I HAVE NOT HAD ANY INSECT PROBLEMS SINCE I BEEN USING THIS COMPANY.

KINGSWAY DIDN'T DO THE JOB TO MY SATISFACTION. I HAD TO CALL THEM BACK OUT TO DO THE JOB OVER. THEY DIDN'T GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO DO ANYTHING SPECIAL.

THEY ARE EXCELLENT BECAUSE OF THE PROFESSIONALISM, PRICE AND PUNCTUALITY. THE PRICE OVERALL WAS FINE AND THE QUALITY OF WORK WAS EXCELLENT. THEIR RESPONSIVENESS WAS EXCELLENT AS WELL.

They were very thorough! They took a lot of time making sure they got all the holes. They also used materials to catch the mice that would not hurt my dog or children.
