+ -1 moreThey were hooked up with the utility company, so they hired anybody that could get a uniform on. I would not use them again in the future.
Description of Work: I used Key Span 10 years ago in other locations for my furnace and air-conditioner.

+ -1 moreYou know, I can't say this company is bad. I like the people they hire. They're a nice group. The thing is, I have to call and set up my appointments for cleanings with them. They used to call me to remind me but they have since stopped that. Also, if I have an emergency, they will come to help but it takes like three days and like recently when my a/c wasn't working, I needed someone faster than that. In general though, they are good and I'm satisfied enough with them.
Description of Work: I have an annual contract with this company. That contract stipulates that every spring they come and clean my a/c and every fall they come and service my heat. Now one should note, I have two separate A/C units in my house..

+ -1 moreWe've been totally satisfied with the service Key Span provides. They come when they say they will and are quick to respond to emergencies in the middle of winter. They always seem to be very professional and courteous.
Description of Work: They serviced our furnace in our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home. They checked it all over and changed filters.

+ -1 moreTHE KEY SPAN WORKERS ARE VERY UNDERSTANDING AND RELIABLE. THEY MAKE SURE EVERYTHING IS WORKING WELL AND INFORMS YOU HOW EVERYTHING IS WORKING. THEY ARE A HIGHLY RECOMMENDABLE COMPANY.
