Kentco Kitchens

Description of Work: This company promised kitchen cabinets by Oct 4th. I ordered them in mid-August. Based on that I secured a very busy contracter for that time and ordered appliances based on that. In the interim i called just to make sure that Oct 4th date was still good. After many unreturned calls, I received a message that everything was a go. The kitchen was demolished and prepped for the cabinets and on October 4th I called to find out the time od arrival. These liars at Kentco said there was a problem at the factory and the cabinets would not be ready for a month. After much investigation, the factory said there was no problem and did not even receive the order until Oct 6 or 8th. Meanwhile my kids and husband are living in a dusty inhabitable apartment and everyone is getting sick. My contractor could not wait and lost a lot of money for the time he did. A month later,only half the cabinets arrived. After countless phonecalls throughout this nightmare experience, most of them were ignored. Finally after hiring an attorney the rest of the cabinets came in mid-November. The organizational part of these cabnets are still missing and it's mid January. It's been an expensive nightmare experience. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH KENTCO...EVER l
