 + -1 moreI called on a Wednesday and spoke to a very professional sounding person who then made an appointment for that Saturday. On Saturday, the owner, called me and said that he was running a bit late but that he was on his way. When he showed up, he immediately started measuring the windows and showed me photos of his work. Then we sat down and worked out details. The owner (who goes by the nickname Z.Z.), told us there would be a 3 to 4 week lead time, which was fine by me. I gave him a 50% down. The day before yesterday, Z.Z called and said he could come tomorrow and do the installation. Very quick turnaround! Now the bars are installed and they look great (for burglar bars, that is). Z.Z. showed up about 9:30 with 2 helpers and installed 14 items in 4 hours. His crew was neat and courteous. Excellent job! Next I'm going to hire him to replace some old rusty railings on my stoop.
Description of Work: I hired Kendi to fabricate and install security grillwork on my basement and first floor windows according to my design.
