Julian was a pro -- and a nice guy, too. He expertly measured, cut and installed 3 full-length mirrors for me; he was prompt and communicative; and his price was fair. While installing one of the mirrors, he noticed a small scratch, so he called me over, showed it to me, and said he considered it unacceptable and apologized for any inconvenience. He took the scratched mirror away and returned with a new, unscratched replacement. That's the sort of accountability, integrity and eye to detail that I appreciate. I would gladly recommend Julian or hire him again.
