+ -1 moreSpoke with a very pleasant woman on the phone on July 6, July 7, and July 21. Each time she promised that a technician would return our call. At least once she confirmed that the technician had picked up the message. But no technician ever called back. If one ever calls back, we would consider hiring them. I give them a D, rather than F, on professionalism, because the receptionist seemed very efficient and polite.

+ -1 moreWE WERE PLEASED WITH THE OVERALL QUALITY IF THEIR WORK. SOME AREAS OF THE WORK WERE BETTER THAN OTHERS, BUT I FEEL THEY DID A GOOD JOB. I FEEL THE WORK FLOW COULD HAVE BEEN MORE EFFICIENT AND EFFECTIVE ALSO.
Description of Work: THEY REPLACED ALL OF THE WOOD TRIM IN OUR HOME. THEY ALSO BUILT US THREE LARGE CUSTOM-MADE BOOKSHELVES.
