Jon was more than helpful guiding us through all the DOB requirements and explaining all the costs entailed by parts of the job we did not have foreseen. He is extremely knowledgeable about the procedures involved and when there is something he is not interlay sure of, he will say so and check it for you. He managed to organise a conference call with a sprinkler system specialist which was key for us to make a decision. We ultimately abandoned our project because of additional costs we did not expect, exactly the kind of info you want to be presented with before starting a huge job. Very good, things were done on time and when DOB issued a stop work order due to my contractor, they immediately helped clear it up and get us back to work. Close out and final sign off was completed in a timely matter.
