Work was started and mostly completed in the time frame they told us to expect. But they left us with no fittings at all. We had to wait several weeks (and call them several times) for them to schedule a return date to complete the work, and they did return, but with several asked-for pieces missing. (We sent them our selections for everything at the beginning of the job - why did we have to continually repeat what we wanted?) One of the towel bars they did install came loose the next day. The shower body is not functioning correctly, and the tub was not installed properly. We have gotten no response from them regarding a full completion date. Would not recommend them to others.
