 + -1 more.Steve took his time and helped me choose exactly what I wanted, providing material samples, copies and anything else I needed. The personal service for every sale made each buying experience much more enjoyable. For each purchase, he described the difference in various models and offered advice and referrals.
Description of Work: I have used JASM several times for furniture in the bedrooms, living room and kitchen. I ordered almost everything sight unseen. Although delivery is not as quick as in a chain furniture store, the selection is enormous. However, the difference lies in the personalized service offered by Steve. He responds to your preferences and guides you accordingly. He is not interested in a quick sale, rather, he wants you to be satisfied and return in the future. He answers questions frankly. I have purchased two bedroom sets, a leather couch, a vanity, and island stools, starting 12 years ago until recently. Any problems were addressed quickly (there were almost none). I recommend this store highly.
