Janbar Inc provides many construction services around the tri-state area. We have been in business for a number of years, we are fully insured (10 Million) and fully bonded. All of our workers are OSHA certified, insured under Workers Compensation, and hold multiple licenses. Janbar Inc holds a special riggers license from the Department of Buildings for jobs that require rigging setups. We hold a Firestone license to install Firestone Roofing Products. We hold a GAF license to install GAF Roofing Products. We provide a entire line of construction services including: Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, Concrete, Structural, Elevator, Masonry, and others. We specialize in building restorations including Landmark Buildings. We also provide Waterproofing services and a full line of various other restoration services for building owners and property managers. We have a various line of clients around the tri-state area that include: Medical Offices, Landmark Building Owners, Management Companies, and various other Private, Commercial, and Residential owners. Our list of projects include: New building construction, Landmark building restoration, Waterproofing existing buildings, and Structural Engineering. We can take a project from scratch and complete ALL phases of construction.
