 + 0 moreBuyer BEWARE, they will raise the rent whenever they want, in whatever increment they want. I have been a customer for years and under the new management they have raised they rent on my unit by $100 in one year. Currently in a pandemic they have raised the rent and when asked if they could hold an increase because I have been impacted by Covid-19 they said the "covid excuse" isn't going to work. Good luck New Yorkers.
