Segundo showed up on the day promised with a crew of about 7 people. He completed the roof replacement, as well as the garage roof and even repaired the water damage to the living room ceiling all in one day. His crew was neat and cleaned up everything. I will definitely use him for other projects.

Please consider this: when you're looking at roofers, you need to make sure you are getting the highest quality of craftsmanship. Israel provides that quality, with an unmatched customer service. I've called Segundo probably a total of 10 times before he finally started work on my roof, and he never once disappointed me.

Estimate started at 3.5k once flat roof is ripped up and three days of storms projected the price goes up to 19.5k. Too late to get anyone else. The work is completed, no leaks so far. Contract requested daily - not received. Did get an unsigned proposal/receipt upon completion.
