I am the owner of the building and found Innovation Construction through searching online. I had couple of contractors come out to look at the building before hiring Innovation. When I spoke with the various contractors, I felt Ekram from Innovation Construction was a safe bet because he was very responsive and his intelligence about construction was on point. They were attentive when replacing the stones because they had to match the new stones with the old ones. There was some missing paint of the aluminum coating, but when it was pointed out to them, they were able to fix it right on. The whole job was finished as prompt. The workers were courteous and exceptional.

Innovation Construction Co. did some exterior/interior work. Ekram was very responsive, and emailed me the estimate promptly. They did an overall good job. They were professional, provided quality work and service, and were on point with everything.

* I had a roof approx. 20 by 50 that was in an extreme deteriorated state. * The roof was leaking- basically the entire roof needed to be replaced. * Went through many contractors----received high quotes, some fairly reasonable, some GC's knew what they were talking about others were unprofessional and unpleasant. * Ekram was very professional, timely, and well-mannered; he knew what he was taking about and his quote was fairly reasonable. *Repairs included installation of two skylights and installed a downspot. * Overall they did a wonderful job, the roof is in steady/durable shape, cleaned up well, and I have no further leaks! * They also removed old pointing mortars, power washed, and re-pointed the entire brick facade.

I found Innovation Construction Co. through a parents association recommendation listing. The review gave great feedback regarding their work. Meeting with the contractor; I found him to be studious, respectful, and very dedicated. Prior to beginning the project I did a little contractor shopping and got a few more quotes; but the best deal I got was from Innovation. Fixing up my brick façade, The laborers were punctual and very careful to detail. They cleaned up promptly and were pleasant to my neighbors, pedestrians, and my family. Best of all, my brick façade and cornice looks great. Good job guys! Well done.

Innovation Construction is a great company. There were no issues or surprises during the project. The contractor came by and gave me an estimate. Once it matched to my budget I called them back to sign the agreement. They were punctual every day. I gave them the key to the house, they were very trustworthy, and felt they would be able to handle the job correctly. Indeed they did. There were some spots they missed during the painting work, but once I pointed it out to them, they fixed it without any hesitation. I would not hesitate to use them again or refer them to anyone.

Having to complete numerous projects isn't easy. It takes lots of time and effort for everything to take place. Therefore, I was looking for a contractor who was willing to assist me with renovating my house. I spoke to various contractors until I hired Innovation. Out of all the contractors that came to look at my house I felt more comfortable with Innovation Construction Co. because the contactor was able to give good suggestions to what needed to be done. I knew he was proficient with knowledge. His communication with me was excellent and he understood exactly what I wanted from the renovations. When renovating my basement, kitchen and bathroom, all went smooth from beginning till end. They also installed new flooring for the basement and added a mini bathroom. So we had them work on the plumbing as well as electrical work. Their workmanship was beyond satisfactory. I also had them install new windows in all the bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom. Lastly, they designed and painted my porch. Innovation's painting job was impressive; his team was professional and didn't leave any unpainted spots. My walls still looks smooth and fresh. And their craftsmanship is outstanding with all the details they put in, my porch looks amazing. This is the touch I needed for my house. Their work was spectacular from the exterior to the interior. I am glad that I hired Innovation for my projects and I am also satisfied of how everything turned out from the starting point to the end. The contractor kept me up to date of the progress so I was always aware of what was going on. The workers were prompt, very meticulous, left the site clean, there was no debris and did a fine job. My family and I were not only astonished and blissful with the final product but also the entire process. Thanks to Innovation Construction Co. and his crew for their superb labor.

Ekarm and his team were very communicative, extraordinarily, professional, knowledgable, respectful and cheerful. They were a real pleasure. Everything went according to the schedule. Ekram guided me every step of the way. Being a novice in the construction industry he was very cooperative in explaining to me what was going on; my options, and what was recommended. They did a wonderful job with the bluestone; quick and clean. Hiring Innovation would be an assest to your renovation project.

In search of a good construction co. to complete multiple services, I was fortunate enough to find Innovation Construction Co. right in the neighborhood. A few blocks down I spotted there sign, inquired about the services and satisfaction inside, and the feedback I received was very positive, so positive that I gave Innovation a call. An appointment was set-up and after meeting with the General Contractor and the team I felt confident in the decision I was making. When Innovation Construction Co. showed up on my front stoop, they were friendly and professional. The laborers were pleasant and cheerful. Getting ready for the gut reno of my bathroom, I was a bit confused on how the re-designing of my new bathroom should look. The virtual design team helped me throughout the whole process. From the color scheme, to paint structure, vanities, tiles etc they were helpful in choosing everything from start to finish ( I get numerous compliments from others even today). While repairing the rear wall of the building, Innovation Construction Co. was very clean. All debris was removed promptly. Everyday when I came home from work I was satisfied to see a clean and hazardous free environment. Something that was very important to me. While creating a new foundation wall, they were very efficient and clean as well. I have recommended Innovation Construction Co, to others and have received positive feedback. My overall experience was phenomenal. They provided quality work and services, something that every home owner is in search of. I highly recommend them to angieslists customers.

The overall experience from this company was extremely magnificent. I knew I had to get restoration of the front facade and didn’t want to delay the process any longer. Thus, I was contacting various contractors for my project and found Innovation Construction the only one to reach back to me. The initial part was setting up the meeting to discuss about the project and the cost. Innovation was punctual and efficient from the beginning. Their selection of mortar colors are the best I've seen and being unable to choose a color Innovation helped us, I am very content that I’ve went with their suggestion and until this day the brick façade still looks beautiful and brand new. I also had them complete the rear fire escape. The fire escape color was chipping off and decomposing so the right repair had to be done. Innovation and his team did a superb job from initial to completion. His crew members were professional, prompt and spoke fluent in English. The customer service was impeccable and the contractor Ekram was always readily available to communicate via phone and/or email. I was amazed how the cost of this project was affordable and in my budget. I am very excited with the way the entire project turned out and would absolutely recommend Innovation Construction to anyone who may be thinking of any kind of restoration.

My bricks used to fall apart, their quote was reasonable. I got what I paid for, now the steps looks nice. I am already getting compliments from neighbors.

I called for an estimate to do renovations in the apartment and wanted first to ensure that the front wall of the building was okay. The person who came did not seem to be very informed about what I was showing him, even when I told him what 2 other contractors told me the problem was. Also, he said he would send me an estimate for the work that I was requiring and I never received anything from him.

I had Ekram doing another job for me.. since his work turned out great. i called him back again for waterproofing the rear brick wall. he and his crews came to start on the date as promised and took the job very carefully and done it neat & clean.

These days the heavy rain caused a lot of damage to my roof. I needed an emergency roofer. I couldn’t locate anyone to come and replace my roof because I didn’t want to repair the entire roof because of my budget. Then I found a contractor named, Ekram referred from my friend that he does good quality work. Since I got good recommendation from my friend I decided to make an appointment with them. He actually came out to be good. He was very decent and spoke straight about the project. He promised that he would get this roof replaced within two days. He was also much guaranteed of his work. It came out that Ekram was right and finished the project on time. My roof was replaced and it was well-organized. The roof came out looking refreshed and it fit just right with my house. I didn’t have any complaints to the work they completed and I would hire him again for another project if needed.

the company was referred by one of my friend, that she have used for her bathroom. they came up to me with a free estimate. and gave me an itemized quote. i noticed that the president of Innovation, his name is Bhuyan. was been so cooperative and shows me his extensive list of clients that he have worked for so long. after having him i have contacted more of his clients and they have told me that this man you can depended on, and they are extremely happy with the results that he have done for them. to me bhuyan is a very loyalty and a decent contractors i have ever met. he prices are fair and the work is real professional. the workers and very polite and gentle. in most event i love this company about is the workers. the tile man. the tiles are so beautiful when the whole bathroom was shining like the glory of sunshine. it was a very smooth work. and the specially the plumber that installed our jacuzzi bathtub. the kitchen we had granite counter tops new floors. new ikea kitchen cabinets.new research lights. etc.

I now feel very uneasy moving forward with this company and would like to cancel the whole contract. I would especially like to get all my money back.
