Victor and his team installed six Mitsubishi ductless mini-split units last summer in our old Park Slope brownstone. From our very first meeting until the final clean-up, they were punctual and responsive, and the work itself was outstanding in every respect. The job was fairly complex because of the challenges posed by our old brownstone, but they handled it with courtesy, efficiency and great skill, and managed to be completely unobtrusive. Victor and the installers worked with me to propose a clever installation plan that solved the issues created by the layout of our house. They were careful to clean up after themselves and left the house looking neat and tidy; the patch and paint work was first class. Having checked with a couple of competitors in the space, I would say Victor's pricing was very reasonable. The team Victor assembled was superb: the installers really know their stuff, Carlos may be the best electrician I've worked with, and Rafael handled the re-plastering and painting with great skill and attention to detail. Jonathan, the project manager, was exactly who you would want for a job like this, and he was responsive, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful - a credit to the company. This is about as good a contractor experience as it's possible to have - these guys are true professionals who care about the quality of their work, and I recommend them without hesitation.

Ice Age was superb. Best service, by far, among the several Mitsubishi diamond contractors I met with. Victor and his team were 100% professional start to finish, offered a 1-stop solution, did quality work, were clean and considerate. The ductless system they installed is fantastic. Overall it was a pleasure dealing with Ice Age I'd highly recommend them.

Victor and his team did an excellent job of pitching a solution and implementing it exactly as discussed, including a lot of the patching, rewiring and installation of the generators in the exterior of the house (cutting, electric work, 'ducting', patching and painting). All of the teams were helpful and professional, and the works was priced fairly based on the other several estimates we got. After some adjustments they system works very well. They were very attentive for follow up repairs and did not charge for visits on maintenance and follow up work associated with the system installation.

Victor was very nice and professional and was very punctual and responsive. When he came to take a look at what we wanted to do, he came on time, took off his shoes, etc. The team came on time, did the work expeditiously, and did a nice job. They even plastered and painted over areas of the wall which needed it, and cleaned up.

Everything about this transaction was professional and done as promised. Victor had initially been referred to us by a neighbor who was very happy with this work and Angie's list was my confirmation. The sales call was professional and fact filled and without pressure. The work began on the agreed upon date and was completed in the set time frame. there was a full crew assigned and they worked as a team. Everyone knew their jobs and a few more. They took care of everything from electrical , patching. Plastering and some sheet rocking. They did some touch up painting and clean-up and we are living the cool life. Victor and every member of his crew were delightful to work with and I was very comfortable giving them a key to my home..

The ICE AGE team always works with the highest level of professionalism and care. They are usually on time and have financing plans available for the installation of the Mitsubishi ductless units, because the units are pricey. If I have any emergency issues, I can call the ICE AGE office and receive a prompt response. I will definitely continue to do business again and even continue to install the ductless AC units in my home as often as finances permit. Thank you, Victor.

Victor and his team were incredible, having running all the lines inside the house; routed the lines via closets to the different floors. There was minimal cutouts to allow the lines to be fed through the walls and as promised, the walls were professionally repaired. After each work day, the crew vacuumed the area, leaving the work space clean.The compressor was installed in a space under the backyard porch steps, so out of the way (no unsightly machine on the face of the house). The system works like a charm, very quiet inside and outside the house; efficiently cools each of the areas on demand. Great investment!

They're fantastic. They have great service, great product, is knowledgeable and is very good. Ice Age is the tops. They have fantastic air conditioning and alternative heat source. Machines that split the split pump which can be heating and air conditioning. They basically brought in a fantastic service and they're just the best.

They are diamond preferred Mitsubishi contractors. Their price was very reasonable and cheaper than other bids that I got, and they were totally professional. They were clean, they did the job well, there were there when they said they would be, and everyone was totally professional and honest. I could leave the house and nothing was stolen or anything. They are reliable, professional, and competitive. There are some rebates that I'm getting back so he is coming tomorrow with the paperwork. I would definitely recommend them. He told me the best way to handle things and he was right.
