I gave him a down payment of 3$000.00 but the entire job is $7500.00 as for the contract the second payment was to be given to him when he was half way of completing the work. He was just here for 3 days, unfortunately he was supposed to use lime stones but he used a cement that's crack, chipped and has holes in it instead. It was a very very bad job, it was not even laid correctly, he also measured them incorrectly it was patchy looking. He said his workers made a mistake and that he would replaced it with a lime stone as per the contract. He initially asked me for the full second payment which cost $3000.00 but I said it will be given to him if he's half way through the project but he's not so I only gave him $1500.00. After he took my money, he told me I need to hire other contractor to finish the work because he doesn't have anyone to do the job. He was supposed to call me back. Now, he was no longer answering any of my phone calls and not responding at all. I also tried to call the phone number that I found but he hanged up on me. They also damaged our roof.
