+ -1 moreFrom start to finish Mr. Grimsley was very polite and understanding. I asked him question after question and he never once stumbled or had any indication that he didn't know his material! He was very knowledgeable and moved through the task with great efficiency all the while I was bugging him with questions. I highly, HIGHLY recommend him!
Description of Work: I was referred to them by a friend who had great things to say. I had some terribly embarrassing pop-ups on my computer and needed to get rid of them ASAP! Mr. Grimsley came in and was extraordinarily polite and patient with my many questions and ran several programs to remove the virus and re-secure my computer.
