+ -1 moreChris made himself available to look at the apartment over a weekend at my convenience. His attention to detail and his knowledge of old NYC apartments, with their finicky and often-crumbling plaster walls, was excellent. His estimate was fair and in line with other estimates from quality workmen. I have worked with many contractors over the past several years and my instinct is that Chris would have been a solid, first-rate choice. (The reasons for going with another contractor had to do with a prior commitment.)
Description of Work: Chris came out to do an estimate on a paint job on an apartment with old irregular plaster walls and a lot of peeling paint.
