Heritage Doors

My experience with them was not good. They didn't deliver the right products. We ended up having to get our deposit back. They were the wrong size and they were damaged. They refused to correct the damage. They offered to re-size but they didn't offer to correct any of the paint damage, scuffing or scratches. They said that I need to find my own painter to do that, so we ended up having to get a lawyer to speak with them correctly. They were refusing about the deposit back initially.

i had wanted a new door with a glass insert & could not find what i wanted from the big name companies for less than $1300. & then i discovered heritage doors. i spoke with sima who helped me find exactly what i was looking for. she checked on the different types of glass available for the door i wanted & came back to me immediately with the price. she also very patiently answered all my questions about the door design. as i told everyone - i was doing my renovation only once & so everything needed to be perfect, well, thanks to sima & heritage doors & now have the perfect door which lends a victorian touch to my bathroom - exactly what i wanted.
