They are very kind, understanding and friendly. They did not make a mess, are available on the weekends, and easy to get in contact with.

Have used Henry Myers in the past and have always been pleased with their work. Patrick is efficient and clearly explains the problem and needed work. The price is very reasonable.

Tim Myers was very responsive. The guys he sent to do the work were fast and did the work with minimal mess. The permitting and inspections were complicated by the fact that the guy who owned the house, and his plumber, did things incorrectly and created some confusion with the DOB, but Tim was on top of it and was very knowledgeable on what process was best. When he was unsure, he was quick to consult other resources at his disposal.

He was very knowledgeable and friendly and performed the estimate and a minor service for no charge, although he probably didn't charge b/c it is likely we will need to have the boiler serviced in the near future. I would definitely call them again.

They were very responsive to me when I called to set up the service call. They came right out and were responsive to me throughout the process. They were flexible about who supplied the filter and were straight forward about the work. I was pleased that they were straight forward and honest with me. They were willing to come out to Manhattan to do the work. They were good about handling all of the insurance forms that come along with being in a cooperative apartment. I felt that the price was fair for the work that they did.

We called around to a few places and finally chose this company. They were able to have someone come out the next day. They guy we dealt with was pretty cool. He was very personable. He pretty much showed us exactly what he was going to do. He did have another guy help; he was very friendly also. We were pleased with the final product. They really new their stuff. They had no problems. They did a perfect job. I really don't care to talk about the price.

It started well, Tim is knowledgeable and personable. And the work was good to start, but the first team was ornery and difficult to work with when there were uncertainties about where things were going or how best to get it done. Then they started disappearing for long periods of time and Tim would give lame excuses when he deemed it fit to call back. We shut down the project for new permits for a few months and Tim started a new team. They were friendly and good but the disappearances continued and finally they promised to come back the next day after being gone for a month and just never came back. We called dozens perhaps a hundred times, but finally gave up after never getting a call back. We chose him because of great reputation but we would never recommend him. Caveat Emptor.

THE GUY DID A GREAT JOB, THEY CAME QUICK AND FINISHED VERY FAST. I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE. I ALSO APPRECIATED THE CHEAP PRICE I WAS CHARGED. I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE.
