Very well. But note: the address listed here isn't their address anymore. It's 146 Montague, 2d fl. Anna was very helpful. They have a very large selection of fabrics to choose from. Anna showed me a fabric that repels water (I spill a lot!), looks like wool but is synthetic. Hector runs their workshop and brought the chairs back sooner than expected. They look new: are beautiful. I don't know what competitors charge as some told me to bring my own fabric! I was very happy. The owners are who you deal with: very nice people.

First off, H & A Upholstery charged $200-300 less than the 6 other upholsterers I contacted for quotes. I was impressed by this and the reviews I read on line. I dropped off the chair with fabric I wanted to be used. Anna explained that I did not have enough fabric for the whole chair when we spoke on the phone prior, so when I got there she helped me pick out a beautiful velvet to cover the backside of the chair. The fabric was expensive, but that was my choice-there were other more reasonably priced options, I liked the pricey one best. My chair was ready in little less than 2 weeks, I was in no rush and told Anna to take their time. I am more than happy with the finished product, the chair looks fabulous and the two fabrics look great together. Anna worked with my hectic schedule with both the drop off and pick up of my chair, making the trips easy and stress free.

They are wonderful! I have worked with Anna before and what I always like about her services is that she is very practical, makes good suggestions, and is mindful of budgetary constraints. If there are ways of saving money she identifies them and gives you options. She has done several jobs for me and she always delivers the completed items on time.
