Description of Work: As "survivors" of hurricane Sandy, the basement of my Manhattan Beach home was completely submerged in water, up to the ceiling. Gregory was working on a neighbor's home and so we met on the fly, a few days after the storm, in the middle of the street. Immediately upon speaking with him I could tell that he was going to do the job well and do it right. Gregory was compassionate, understanding, patient, and professional. All the things rarely found today in contracting services. He did the total demolition of my basement: pumping out the 4 feet of water, taking everything out (i.e., furniture, and all the debris), ripping out the walls, ceiling, carpeting, and then cleaning up nearly immaculately afterwards. Gregory's workers were hard working and quick. They always showed up on time and seemed to never rest. They did such a good job that I had to write this review!
